John Williamson of Safety & Training P/L was recommended to The Lansdowne Pastoral Company Pty Ltd in late 2019 to undertake:
- An OH&S program review & update
- Supervise our induction program
John was able to quickly:
- Review
- Assess
- Visit the property
- Then implement progressively the required procedures
On his initial visit to the property in South East Queensland, he also undertook the induction processes:
- Issue certificates to employees
- Standardize the procedures required on the station
- Provided a report to the Board & Station Management
We have undertaken and are progressively implementing the recommendations from John and look forward to he and his company Safety & Training P/L continuing the monitoring and updating our OH & S program in the Future.
